What I love.....

I can only embrace these moments as I watch my daughter play, try her first ice cream cone, act like she is on the phone, kiss her baby, play the Wii with her cousin, feed herself her own chocolate pudding, learn how to take marker lids off and color, and climb up on stools.......can you see all the fun we have together.....I love being a mother....I love the health that I have to keep up with her and her siblings. Can I just say I am so greatful to enjoy these moments and make these memories.

I have to add this.....Chase and Cashlee got out of the tub and were running around naked.  Chase informed me that he was Under-man and Cahslee was Under-women.

Some fun Times....

We have had some nice weather and the kids wanted to go ride bikes.  I think they are excited for spring!

Cousins came to play.  Preston and Cashlee were watching baby Einstein.

Riding the pony with cousin Abby.  Cashlee does not like getting on horses.

I caught Sydnee doing Cashlee's hair.  She had quite the beauty salon.
Cashlee loves to play the piano!

The kids are ice skating in the pastier.

I had to take a picture of Cash with this hair due.  Does that not make you laugh?

To top of the highlight of the past week.  The kids playing horse with their Dad.

New year words to inspire...Finding Joy in the Journey

To introduce our New Year's family theme I thought it would be worth it to share what brings me so much JOY.  That is my beautiful family!  They inspire me to be better and reach higher.

So here it is.......Our goal is to LEARN something new....while finding JOY in each day and each experience.....with that we want to SERVE more and learn to RESPECT each other and all of Gods children.....Doing this we will LEARN to LOVE more and how to LOVE better...Hopefully to LOVE more like our Savior does!

So lets just say LOVE is our wonderful word...but we added some more to keep us on the right path.  I feel this is what we should learn for this new year 2012.  I pray it will teach us to be better and strengthen our family.  I hope I can share some of our experience with you this year.

A Joyous Christams

We had such a fun Christmas this year.  The kids really got to know the real meaning of Christmas.   They also had fun watching out for Santa's elves.  They are always watching you know!

Santa brought Sydnee a vanity with all sorts of make up and a tinker bell music box.  She was in heaven.

Of course....if you know Chase.....Santa came through with a gun....he loves guns and aspires to be a great hunter.

Cashlee was so content to watch the other kids shrill with excitement.  She would walk around and see what everyone else loved and love it herself.  This was her first Christmas to really open presents and lets just say she loved it....

Cashlee loves her music board.  I am not quite sure what she is trying to tell me in this picture.  But it gives us all a good laugh!!!
Christmas at the Ivie's was so fun.  Grandpa told the about the birth of Jesus and the kid acted it out.  They had so much fun doing that.  Then they got to share gifts with each other.
Birch girls got a new little puppy for Christmas.  We all got to have fun with little Zoe.  Cashlee thought it was great!
Grandma and Grandpa love these kids.  Cashlee and little Wyatt are having fun with Grandma.

We really had fun with the Smith family.  All Sydnee wants to play these days is King Elephant.  That is an annual Christmas game at the Smith's.  We had so much fun laughing the night away bringing in the new year.  What a great way to celebrate the new year.  It was a blast.
Grandma Smith knows how much Sydnee love perfume.  She was so excited.

Grandpa Smith got Chase a bull riding set and a bandanna.  Just right for this little cowboy.
Look at these beautiful cousins.

We had such a wonderful Christmas.  We hope all of you did as well.  It was a joyous time to reflect on our Saviors birth and the blessing it is for us to have the gospel in our life.

Our Baby turned ONE!

Our precious little girl has now turned one.  She is such a joy in our home.  She brings so much laughter to our family and the kids just love to play with her.
She is so full of attitude.  She likes her own way and does not like to be told no.  It really upsets her.  She started walking a month before he birthday and is always on the go.  She loves to read books and play with her siblings.  She is a talker, though we don’t understand anything she says but Mom, Dad, and hot.  I must tell her hot a lot, since that is her first word besides Mom and Dad.  She likes to call for the kitty as well.  She has grown right before our eyes.  We love you Cashlee!!
