Happy New Year!!

Any new year resolutions?.......Mine is to be a better mom......journal writer......and to study the scriptures....and live life to cherish each moment...even the moments when I want to scream..Seems like three kids can set those moments off when Chase needs help to go pee.....Cashlee is nursing.....and Sydnee is looking for markers to color. The demand hits all at once.....I love being a mom.

The kids love taking care of Cashlee. They are really good help. Sydnee will sing to her and Chase loves to hold her hands. Cashlee is so alert and seems to be awake more than I can remember for a new born. It must be those noisy older siblings. They are all growing up. Sydnee is getting smarter and loves school. Chase is way into hunting on the wii. The minute Courtney gets home Chase is aching to go hunting. It is so fun to watch them together. I try to help but of course I don't have the hunting techniques like his dad does.

Here are some fun pictures of the kids at Christmas, before we took down the tree, and of Cashlee at her best.

My Handsome Boy! Oh, how we love him.

Cashlee Smith
Born: Dec 16, 2010 @ 9:45p.m.
8 lbs 8 oz
21 1/2 inches

She is healthy and loved so much. All Chase could say is she is out mamma. Sydnee is really good help. She loves to hold her sister while she watches T.V. They both are really careful, which is really nice for mom. We are greatful for my moms help as we bring this new spirit home. Thank you all for your love and support.

We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas this year. Our Christmas has been one that we will always cherish. Love you all!!

The kids playing outside with Grandma Ivie. They built five of them. I will have to get the finished project later.

Christmas Tree

We tried to drive up to the Copper Mill to get trees but the snow was to deep. Thank goodness Brandon had his four wheelers and of course the kids loved every minute.
The tree is always changing and of course a few bulbs have been dropped and broken, but they love there tree. In fact I can never unplug it. They always want it sparkling....as they say!

So MUCH JOY!!

The kids have had so much fun. We love this time of year. We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Ivie family and then did a small gift exchange for the kids. They of course loved it.

Chase got a whoopy cushion from Uncle Brad and was giving him a hug. He thought that was cool. Such a boy!!

Cousins having fun!!

Sledding in all that snow we got.

Sydnee put her cat to sleep in her crib. I thought it was cute and had to take a picture.

Our first snow fall and Sydnee making the best of it.

Here is what my boys like to do every Sunday after church. Look how precious this is. Chase loves his Dad.
